Ingredients
- 1/2 C Chopped Parsley
- 1/4 C Chopped Oregano
- 2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 C EVOO
- 1/2 C Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 Diced Shallot
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in an air-tight container and shake.
