Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 C Chopped Oregano
  • 2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 C EVOO
  • 1/2 C Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 Diced Shallot

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in an air-tight container and shake.

Spoon over your steak once grilled to perfection on the Big Green Egg. Sauce will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
