Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Wok stir-frying
- Set the EGG with a wok at 400°F/204°C.
- Heat sesame oil and cook garlic until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Push veggies to the side and scramble the egg.
- Mix in rice, soy sauce, and pepper, stirring until heated through.
