Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Wok stir-frying

  1. Set the EGG with a wok at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Heat sesame oil and cook garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Push veggies to the side and scramble the egg.
  5. Mix in rice, soy sauce, and pepper, stirring until heated through.
