Tuna Artichoke Melt

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Method: Griddle cooking

  1. Mix tuna, mayo, artichokes, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Spread onto bread, top with cheese, and butter the outside.
  3. Set the EGG with a griddle insert at 350°F/177°C.
  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
