- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Method: Griddle cooking
- Mix tuna, mayo, artichokes, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Spread onto bread, top with cheese, and butter the outside.
- Set the EGG with a griddle insert at 350°F/177°C.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
