Triple Pork Burgers

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices ham

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix ground pork, bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Grill burgers for 5 minutes per side.
  5. Toast buns, place a slice of ham on each burger, and serve.
