Ingredients
- 4 slices thick-cut bread
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Method: Griddle cooking
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Assemble sandwiches with ham and Swiss cheese.
- Dip in egg mixture.
- Set the EGG with a griddle insert at 350°F/177°C.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side with butter.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
