Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick-cut bread
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

Method: Griddle cooking

  1. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
  2. Assemble sandwiches with ham and Swiss cheese.
  3. Dip in egg mixture.
  4. Set the EGG with a griddle insert at 350°F/177°C.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side with butter.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
