Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread shrimp, beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  3. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, until shrimp are cooked through and beef is desired doneness.
