- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp, beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, until shrimp are cooked through and beef is desired doneness.
