Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Burger

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove stems from the mushrooms and mix goat cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture.
  4. Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then grill for 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. Serve the stuffed mushrooms on burger buns.
