- 4 large portobello mushroom caps
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove stems from the mushrooms and mix goat cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then grill for 5-6 minutes per side.
- Serve the stuffed mushrooms on burger buns.
