Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Stuff jalapeños with the mixture.
- Mix panko with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Grill for 15-20 minutes until golden.
