- 1/2 lb pork loin, sliced thin
- 1 large cucumber, sliced into half-moons
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Stir-frying
- Set the EGG with a wok at 400°F/204°C.
- Heat sesame oil and stir-fry garlic until golden.
- Add pork slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in cucumber, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes and serve immediately.
