- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for grilling the bread
- Optional toppings: cheese, hot sauce, greens
Instructions
Method: Grilling & Pan-frying
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Grill them on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
- While the steaks are grilling, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.
- Butter the bread slices and grill them in a separate pan until golden brown and crispy.
- Once everything is ready, assemble the sandwich by placing the steak on the grilled bread, topping it with the cooked egg and any optional toppings like cheese or greens.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
