Steak & Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling the bread
  • Optional toppings: cheese, hot sauce, greens

Instructions

Method: Grilling & Pan-frying

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Grill them on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
  2. While the steaks are grilling, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.
  3. Butter the bread slices and grill them in a separate pan until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Once everything is ready, assemble the sandwich by placing the steak on the grilled bread, topping it with the cooked egg and any optional toppings like cheese or greens.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
