Sriracha Pork Chops

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix Sriracha, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate pork chops for 30 minutes.
  4. Brush grill with olive oil.
  5. Grill chops for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
