Ingredients
- 24 fresh oysters, shucked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Top each oyster with a spoonful of the butter mixture.
- Place oysters on the grill, directly over the heat, and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
