- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and shredded
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Method: Grilling
- Grill the chicken breasts and shred them once cooked through.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Top the chips with shredded chicken, black beans, red onion, jalapeños, and cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and a sprinkle of chipotle chili powder.
- Serve immediately as a hearty appetizer or main dish.
