Smoky Grilled Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and shredded
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Grill the chicken breasts and shred them once cooked through.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Top the chips with shredded chicken, black beans, red onion, jalapeños, and cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Top with sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and a sprinkle of chipotle chili powder.
  6. Serve immediately as a hearty appetizer or main dish.
