Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices toasted bread
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season duck breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy.
  4. Assemble the BLT by layering toasted bread, lettuce, tomato, duck, bacon, and mayonnaise.
