Instructions
Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Smoke for 2 hours or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Mix chipotle peppers with mayonnaise.
- Assemble sandwiches with chicken, chipotle mayo, lettuce, and tomato.
