Smoked Brisket Roll

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs smoked brisket, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • 4 large sandwich rolls
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Method: Smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
  2. Warm the shredded brisket in BBQ sauce.
  3. Toast sandwich rolls with butter.
  4. Layer brisket, caramelized onions, and coleslaw onto the rolls.
  5. Serve warm.
