- 2 lbs smoked brisket, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions
- 4 large sandwich rolls
- 1/2 cup coleslaw
- 1 tbsp butter

Method: Smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Warm the shredded brisket in BBQ sauce.
- Toast sandwich rolls with butter.
- Layer brisket, caramelized onions, and coleslaw onto the rolls.
- Serve warm.
