Smoked Brat Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 4 bratwursts
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush bratwursts with olive oil and season with paprika, cumin, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill bratwursts for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  4. Grill onions and peppers in a grilling basket for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Assemble the bratwurst on hoagie rolls with grilled onions and peppers. Drizzle with mustard and serve.
