- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tostada shells
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Grilling and assembling
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Place tostada shells on a serving plate and top each with grilled shrimp.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and return to the grill or broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Drizzle with sour cream and salsa, and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
