Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
- Cook ground lamb (or beef) with onion and garlic in a skillet until browned.
- Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread meat mixture in a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes, and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
