Shaved Asparagus, Brie and Bacon Flatbread

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread crust
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shaved asparagus
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Indirect cooking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil.
  3. Layer with brie, asparagus, and bacon.
  4. Season with black pepper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
