Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shaved asparagus
- 6 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Indirect cooking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil.
- Layer with brie, asparagus, and bacon.
- Season with black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
