Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place oysters on the grill and spoon butter mixture into each shell.
  4. Grill for 4-5 minutes until bubbling.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
