Sage Brushed Lamb

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chopped sage, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the lamb chops with the sage mixture and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on your desired level of doneness.
  5. Let the lamb rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
