Rosemary Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Toast the sandwich rolls on the grill until golden brown.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the grilled chicken on the rolls and topping with arugula.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
