Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toast the sandwich rolls on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing the grilled chicken on the rolls and topping with arugula.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
