Pork Belly Kebabs with Plum Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup plum sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Mix plum sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Thread pork belly onto skewers.
  4. Grill for 12-15 minutes, basting with glaze every few minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
