- 2 duck breasts, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger to make the marinade.
- Add cubed duck breast to the marinade and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and thread the duck cubes, red bell pepper, and green onions onto the skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the duck is cooked through.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
