Planked Peach Salmon

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 cedar plank, soaked in water for 1 hour
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Method: Plank grilling

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
  2. Place the salmon on the cedar plank.
  3. Mix honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika, then spread over salmon.
  4. Top with peach slices.
  5. Grill on the soaked plank for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
  6. Serve warm.
