Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (about 2 lbs)
- 1 cedar plank, soaked in water for 1 hour
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Method: Plank grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- Place the salmon on the cedar plank.
- Mix honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika, then spread over salmon.
- Top with peach slices.
- Grill on the soaked plank for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
- Serve warm.
