Planked Bison Sliders

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground bison
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cedar plank, soaked in water
  • 6 slider buns
  • Cheese, lettuce, and tomato for topping

Instructions

Method: Plank grilling

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
  2. Mix bison with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Form into small patties.
  4. Place patties on the soaked cedar plank.
  5. Grill for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
