- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cedar plank, soaked in water
- 6 slider buns
- Cheese, lettuce, and tomato for topping
Instructions
Method: Plank grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Mix bison with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Form into small patties.
- Place patties on the soaked cedar plank.
- Grill for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve on buns with desired toppings.
