Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1 cedar plank, soaked in water for 1 hour
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
Method: Plank roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Place pears cut side up on the soaked cedar plank.
- Top each pear with blue cheese, honey, walnuts, and cinnamon.
- Roast on the EGG for 15-20 minutes until pears are tender.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve warm.
