Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

Method: Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine peaches with sugar and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the batter into a baking dish, then top with the peaches.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
