- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Mix peaches, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Brush crust with egg wash and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
