PB&J Chicken Satay

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam (for dipping)

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne.
  3. Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
  4. Skewer chicken and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with warmed strawberry jam for dipping.
