Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add honey, salt, oats, and flour, then knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Set the EGG for indirect baking at 375°F/190°C.
  5. Place dough in a greased loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
