Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add honey, salt, oats, and flour, then knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Set the EGG for indirect baking at 375°F/190°C.
- Place dough in a greased loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
