Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 mini slider buns
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Tzatziki sauce for serving
Instructions
Method: Grilling or Pan-Frying
- In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook the meatballs for 4-5 minutes, turning to cook all sides evenly.
- Toast the slider buns and assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each bun, then topping with tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately!
