Mediterranean Surf and Turf Kabobs

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 beef tenderloin steaks, cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Skewer the shrimp, beef, bell pepper, and zucchini.
  3. Brush with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until shrimp are pink and beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Serve warm with additional lemon wedges if desired.
