Ingredients
- 4 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 beef tenderloin steaks, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the shrimp, beef, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Brush with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until shrimp are pink and beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- Serve warm with additional lemon wedges if desired.
