Ingredients
- 1 package mini pizza crusts
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
Method: Baking
- Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
- Spread a thin layer of hummus on each mini pizza crust.
- Top with feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and toppings are warm.
