Marinated Lamb Chops with Red Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Marinate lamb chops in olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper for 2 hours.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with warm marinara sauce on top.
