- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Method: Grilling
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the salmon in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
