Marinated Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
