- 2 Cornish hens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Rub hens with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Stuff hens with lemon slices.
- Roast for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
