Ingredients
- 2 lamb chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Grilling and making sauce
- Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- In a bowl, combine mint, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make mint sauce.
- Serve lamb with mint sauce drizzled on top.
