Ingredients

  • 8 lamb lollipop chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Rub lamb chops with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
