- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
- Mix barbecue sauce, butter, honey, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the sauce and skewer them.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn opaque.
- Serve hot with extra sauce.
