Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce, butter, honey, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Toss shrimp in the sauce and skewer them.
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn opaque.
  5. Serve hot with extra sauce.
