Jim Beam Hamburgers

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Jim Beam bourbon
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Jim Beam bourbon, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns. Add cheese slices and your favorite condiments.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your Jim Beam burgers!
