- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Jim Beam bourbon
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Method: Grilling
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Jim Beam bourbon, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Once cooked, assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns. Add cheese slices and your favorite condiments.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Jim Beam burgers!
