- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur (like Baileys)
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method: Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and eggs together until light and fluffy. Add Irish cream liqueur, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let them cool completely before serving.
