Hop’s Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and spread barbecue sauce evenly.
  3. Top with mozzarella, chicken, pineapple, and red onion.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
