- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread barbecue sauce evenly.
- Top with mozzarella, chicken, pineapple, and red onion.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
