Honey Roasted Black Pepper Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh corn on the cob, husked
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

Method: Grilling or Roasting

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and paprika if using.
  3. Brush the corn with the honey mixture, ensuring each ear is well coated.
  4. Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are charred and tender. Alternatively, roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve the corn hot with additional honey drizzle, if desired.
