- 1 lb fresh corn on the cob, husked
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
Method: Grilling or Roasting
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and paprika if using.
- Brush the corn with the honey mixture, ensuring each ear is well coated.
- Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are charred and tender. Alternatively, roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve the corn hot with additional honey drizzle, if desired.
