Herb-Filled Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and cheese for toppings

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Preheat the EGG to 400°F/204°C for direct cooking.
  2. Mix ground beef with parsley, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  5. Serve on toasted buns with toppings of your choice.
