Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and cheese for toppings
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Preheat the EGG to 400°F/204°C for direct cooking.
- Mix ground beef with parsley, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Serve on toasted buns with toppings of your choice.
