Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, split
- 8 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together.
- Spread the mixture on the cut sides of the English muffins.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves of the muffins, then top with the other halves to form sandwiches.
- Spread the softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.
- Place the sandwiches on the EGG and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, pressing down gently with a spatula, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the EGG, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
