Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 slice Gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup caramelized onions
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method: Grilling
- Butter one side of each slice of bread and spread mustard on the unbuttered side.
- Layer the cheddar and Gruyère cheeses, followed by caramelized onions.
- Place the sandwich on a heated pan over medium heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
